Blended with 6 minerals; Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu), Potassium (K) and Sodium (Na) and 2 Amino Acids; Arginine (Arg) and Trimethylglycine (Tmg). Directions for use
